The beautiful scooped neck with pleated frill border is printed in hearts and polka dots.
Puff sleeves taper down to fitted cuffs with double rows of printed ruffles which are also replicated on bottom of legs.
The outside of the bottom legs and sleeves have a built-in zipper for ease of dressing.
